Supporting child nutrition and opportunity through hospitality
When children are nourished, they are able to learn.
The Bavvle Foundation was created with a simple belief: when children are nourished, they are able to learn, and when individuals are given access to opportunity, entire communities become stronger. With roots in both the United States and Mexico, the foundation focuses on supporting child nutrition, education, and pathways into the hospitality industry.
In partnership with Fundación Sarahuaro, whose work has supported women and children in Los Cabos for over two decades.

AN EXPANDED MODEL
The Experience Impact Initiative
Integrating contribution into hospitality and experience-driven environments
Originally developed through The Narrative Hotel by Amy Noel, the Experience Impact Initiative integrates community contribution directly into hospitality operations. Rather than treating giving as a separate act, it embeds impact into how a property functions — and is now being expanded beyond a single project into a broader collective of partners.
The Opportunity
Hotels, restaurants, and destination environments shape the daily lives of the people around them. The initiative builds a model where the success of these places directly contributes to the wellbeing of the communities that support them.
The Model
Per key, per day — a small, predictable contribution from each room night flows directly into community programs. The framework is consistent, operationally aligned, and adaptable to restaurants, retail, and mixed-use spaces.
From One Property to a Collective
What began as part of a single project is being developed into a broader network. Through aligned partners, individual efforts compound into a shared, cumulative impact across the region.
Design, Experience, and Story
Contribution is not only structured operationally — it is expressed through guest experience, physical space, and narrative, so participation becomes part of how a property is understood.
Connection to the Bavvle Foundation
The initiative works in alignment with the Bavvle Foundation, which focuses on child nutrition, education, and pathways into hospitality. Where the foundation provides the structure for impact, the initiative expands the model — bringing additional partners into participation and increasing overall reach.
Looking Forward
The Experience Impact Initiative is designed to grow through collaboration. As more partners participate, the model will continue to evolve — refining its structure and increasing its impact across communities.
